What's Wrong with the Gulf Coast Insurance Market?

WHAT:

The public policy forum, "What's Wrong with the Insurance Market Along the Gulf Coast and How Do We Fix it?" will feature findings from a new RAND Corporation study to be released Wednesday, "Residential Insurance on the U.S. Gulf Coast in the Aftermath of Hurricane Katrina: A Framework for Evaluating Potential Reform."

A panel discussion of the current insurance market and the future of reform efforts will follow. The event is sponsored by the University of Southern Mississippi and the Gulf Coast Business Council.
