Adm. Thad Allen Available to Discuss Anniversary of Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill

RAND Corporation Senior Fellow Adm. Thad Allen, the former commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard who served as national incident commander for the federal government's response to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, is available for interviews to discuss the anniversary of the event.
